Satyam (Saty) Talati

CEO

Satyam (Saty) Talati graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in Political Economy and in 2001 obtained his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. He began his legal career learning at very distinguished law firms, first at Dykema Gossett, PLLC and later at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, PC.

Since that time, while being a litigator and handling a wide variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts, he developed a distinguished practice consulting corporations of all sizes, serving not just as a trusted legal adviser but also as a business partner.

In that regard, Saty joined Mahindra Automotive North America in 2017 which is a subsidiary of the multi-billion dollar Mahindra Group of companies, serving as its lead counsel overseeing and handling the daily legal affairs of the company in North America, while also participating in future business expansion planning.

Mr. Talati's work ethic and reputation have led him to being routinely listed on the annual dBusiness list of Top Corporate Counsel since 2013 (including as recently as 2021), and in 2020 made the list of Top Automotive Counsel. Mr. Talati's entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen have been requested all over the country, and is the reason he formed proprietrs.com.
